Client Facing Project Manager – North Dublin

With an extensive residential landbank and a growing pipeline of developments, the company is currently delivering a number of high-density apartment projects ranging from 30 to 300 units, alongside traditional low-density housing schemes.
The construction division works closely with the in-house development team throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and buildability reviews through to fast-track delivery, subcontractor management, design coordination, and final handover. Collaboration across commercial, investment, and sales functions ensures a best-in-class standard of delivery and a high-quality end product aligned with both business objectives and customer expectations.
The Senior Project Manager will play a key leadership role within the high-density delivery team, taking overall responsibility for the commercial and technical delivery of apartment developments from pre-construction through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant Health & Safety, Planning, and Building Control regulations.
Your new role
Leadership• Provide leadership to the Site Management team, driving high performance, ensuring that the Team is adequately
resourced to achieve the project objectives, in line with the prelims budget.
• Develop and own the Project Execution Plan setting out the key objectives, cost / programme delivery targets,
procurement strategy and risk management plan for the team
• Implement the project governance procedures and systems required to measure and report on performance
• Manage the principal relationships with supply chain partners (design team, subcontractor, supplier), statutory
Authorities, service providers, funding partners and local communities.
Delivery
• Oversee the commercial delivery of the project in conjunction with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure value
capture, effective cost control and securing of project budget / margin
• Drive project delivery and performance through efficient sequencing of trades works packages, in line with project
programme. Manage the key interfaces with the trade’s subcontractors, ensuring their commitment to delivery of the
project objectives.
• Oversee the performance of the project Design Team to ensure timely information production in support of
procurement and construction timelines
Technical / Compliance
• Ensure works are carried out to best-in-class quality, health & safety, and environmental standards, in full
compliance with the Statutory requirements and consents (i.e., BCAR), and that the required control systems are in
place and implemented
• Oversee the design development process, and on-time resolution of outstanding specification / materials selections
in conjunction with the Sales / Investment team
• Ensure the design team is fully engaged in delivering quality coordinated information, and efficient building details /
solutions, facilitating off-site manufacture and other modern methods of construction as required
Customer Delivery
• Manage key relationships with the in-house Client Team, such that the objectives of the Sales / Investment team are
integrated fully into the project delivery
• Oversee the delivery process to the Customer through the Handover, Fit-out and Aftersales stages, such that the
quality and presentation of the finished product and public realm is in line with company expectations
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience within the construction industry
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors at Project Manager or Contracts Manager level
- Strong track record managing projects with contract values ranging from €10m to €50m
- Experience delivering fast-track design and build projects, particularly high-density apartment developments, would be a distinct advantage
