A global organisation which is one of the world’s leading financial institutions are seeking a Transfer Agency Analyst to join their growing team on an initial 6-month contract in their Limerick office. Your new role
You will be reporting to the Team Lead. You will be responsible for a range of duties including but not limited to handling customer interactions via phone and email, day to day processing work, quality checks and assurance and exercise due care and diligence and ensure that the responsibilities of the role are organised and controlled within the ambit of regulation, compliance, and risk management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally need to have relevant experience and knowledge of financial service or experience within a busy contact centre. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, show great attention to detail with the ability to work off your own initiative in a fast-paced environment with excellent computer literacy, with the drive to build strong relationships
