Your new company are cloud and virtualisation organisation known for their industry leading products. The company are looking for a technical support engineer to join their Global Support Services team who supports over 250,000 customers globally.
Your new role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical issues. You will be learning new skills including, but technical expertise and queue and customer management. You will troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues, using colleague collaboration and other tools you will learn in this role. You will work collaboratively with numerous teams including the engineering and field teams.
- Fluent in German (C2)
- Recommended 3 solid years of industry experience
- Windows experience is required, with Linux being a distinct advantage
- Strong customer advocacy and relationship building skills
