Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our agile delivery team to develop and maintain the existing internal product catalogue. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in building, integrating, and maintaining APIs and AI Machine Learning systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the overall performance and scalability of our backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of backend developers to design, build, and maintain APIs and AI Machine Learning systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Drive the technical architecture and design of the backend systems.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of the backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Mentor and coach junior developers in best practices for software development and agile methodologies
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and QA

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend systems and API development
• Experience in designing, building, and integrating AI Machine Learning systems
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies
• Experience leading teams of developers and mentoring junior team members
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Ruby
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
