• Leading the design and development of the solution, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security, implementing best-in-class engineering practices, and promoting continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, Azure, SQL Server, and related tools and frameworks.
• Maintain code quality and review, oversee automation solutions, and establish quality assurance and testing.
• Facilitate communication between the engineering team and stakeholders.
• Lead agile development processes.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of the architecture, design decisions, and codebase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science
• Proven experience in software engineering, Azure cloud services, and microservices architecture
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Experience leading complex software projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Project management experience, including Agile methodologies.
