Site Foreman(Finishing) required for a busy projects in South Dublin, leading building contractor - salary DOE

As a result of continued growth, they require a number of Site Foremen with Finishing experience.
Your new role
The role will require you to lead and manage numerous aspects on site but primarily supervising all finishing works. You may assist with the coordination and supervision of contractors and sub-contractors will be a major responsibility in this role. Ensuring that all completion dates are met whilst prioritising health and safety is a huge requirement for the candidate. Your working week will consist of the hours 7:00AM – 4:00PM Monday to Friday, there will also be the opportunity for overtime on occasion when needed. This opportunity is a result of expansion and there is huge potential for career progression for the right candidate which is highly sought after by management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to require a trade background and a keen knowledge of all aspects of construction. The candidate must have brilliant time keeping skills and be able to meet deadlines whilst also conveying a strong understanding of health and safety procedures on site. You will need to be computer literate and also have experience working as a finishing foreman with a tier 1 contractor.
