Your new role
This role will see you managing programme of works while monitoring building progress, managing specified and alternative product/equipment submittals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and issuing weekly progress reports. You will also be responsible for ensuring that weekly progress reports are issued including RFI’s, procurement schedules, technical submittals, program responses, critical dates, identification, and any documentation that is specific to the projects that you are involved in. The candidate will also have to attend regular progress meetings with sub-contractors and effectively control the use of both labour and materials.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will need a construction related qualification to higher diploma/degree level in civil engineering or construction management. 5+ years’ experience working as a project manager is essential. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required along with an extensive knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office, MS Project, etc.
