As Senior Legal Executive Assistant, you will join a legal regulatory, and representative body supporting the President of the organisation, working closely with the executive assistant team and in partnership with the other Senior Executive Assistant and as directed by the Director Policy. Your new office is in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport, they offer a hybrid work policy of 50% time in the office over a 2-week period with Wednesday as their anchor day. Your new company require you to join their team on permanent basis.
Your new role
As Senior Legal Executive Assistant your support duties will include coordinating and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks to support the work of the President and the Executive team including (but not confined to): managing an active calendar of appointments; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. You will also plan and coordinate the Presidents diary along with event management, drafting communications, database management, providing a smooth channel of communications between stakeholders and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
To become Senior Legal Executive Assistant, you will ideally have recent relevant experience within a similar executive support role, previous experience within a legal environment is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Proficiency using MS Suite including PowerPoint is necessary, along with bespoke databases and adobe. A keen eye for detail and multi-tasking is essential to meet tight deadlines. Experience working with confidential information and an ability to manage sensitive communications is required.
