Your new company are a large facilities company. A new and exciting role has come up for a Senior HR Generalist to manage one of the sites. This is a permanent position and an ideal role for a Senior HR Generalist wanting to advance their career.
Your new role
Your new role is varied and you and will have the guidance and support of a Central HR Team and HR Shared Service Team. You will be responsible for delivering the People Strategy onsite and driving excellence in all areas including HR compliance, recruitment, reward, payroll, employee relations, performance management and employee engagement. This role will also be hands on HR Management being the main point of contact for general/day-to-day HR queries from managers and employees.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in the food production/manufacturing industry and 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role and fast paced environment. You will have a degree in Business or HR related field and experience in employee relations and process management.
