Senior HR Business Partner | Schneider Electric | Leadership Role

With this in mind, Schneider Electric are now seeking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner. The Senior HRBP will be responsible for providing strategic Human Resources leadership and policy decision making. Working closely with the business leadership team, they will be responsible for enabling Workforce Planning and setting the People Strategy in line with group direction.
As the country’s HR leader, responsible to the VP of HR in the UK, the role requires strong project management skills in driving UKI people projects as part of a people first strategy, embarking on a period of growth and transformation. As part of the Senior HR Council, this role will be specifically focused on Talent Management, High Performance, Leadership, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being and Engagement.
As the successful candidate, you will have strong experience in leadership and cultural transformation, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-dimensional and fast paced business. You will show excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. A good understanding of Irish Employment Legislation will be essential for this role.
As Senior HRBP, your remuneration will be commensurate with your experience.
