Senior Administrator / Coordinator - €40,000-€45,000 - Dublin 22 office based

Your new company

As Administrator, you will join a leading Data Centre Construction Company delivering throughout Europe. Your new company prides themselves on a ‘hands-on’ approach to ensure the smooth delivery of operations day to day. Your new company is in Dublin 22 with parking available. This role is office based. Your new company requires you to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role

As Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives according to project schedules.
  • Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, coordinating with homeowners/estate agents, and preparing itineraries.
  • Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations.
  • Log and maintain all travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the payroll team.
  • Occasionally, cover for reception when needed.
  • Ad-hoc as required by senior management.
With prior experience relevant to such, you will be an excellent candidate for this opportunity.

What you'll need to succeed

To make you a suitable candidate for this position, you will obtain:

  • 3–5 years experience within a Senior Administration role.
  • A degree in hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well on your own initiative.
  • High level of attention to detail.
