Senior Administrator | 12 Months | Dublin City/Hybrid | €19-€22 ph | Semi-State

Your new company

As Legal Administrator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 12-month basis with a view to extension. You will have a hybrid work model, 2 days in the office each week.

Your new role

As Legal Administrator, you will support management and a wider project team. Your duties will include but are not limited to providing general administrative support, issuing/receiving instructions to/from solicitors/valuers, title review, dealing with client queries, raising/replying to pre-contractual enquiries, dealing with land registry queries and rejections, assisting in drafting legal documents, supporting the project team with ad hoc tasks as they arise and dealing with client complaints.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent administrative experience within a reputable Irish semi-state organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience in an administration role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Experience working within a team and independently with excellent organisational skills is necessary to effectively meet the deadlines. You will also have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within administration, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
