Your new company
As Grade V Administrator, you will join a professional team in a public sector organisation that are responsible for protecting the rights and pay of its members. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. You will have a hybrid working model.

Your new role
As Grade V Administrator you will ensure the smooth and efficient administration for the branch by providing direct administrative support to Principal Officer, Executive Committees, and sub-committees. You will report into the Assistant General Secretary.

Your support duties will include but are not limited to providing a high level of administrative support as outlined above, managing queries, stakeholder management, processing memberships, coordination of travel arrangements, external member training, events and conferences etc., carrying out facilities duties, recording, digitalising and archiving documents, accounts administration duties, producing reports, updating and managing databases and all executive and general administrative duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar executive support administrative role, previous Public Sector experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on a broad range of tasks and prioritise your workload is essential. You will also have proficiency using MS Office; previous database management experience would be beneficial. A keen for detail and strong organisation skills are essential. Demonstrated judgement and discretion in handling sensitive information and situations.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar executive support administrative position with proficient administrative and stakeholder management skills you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
