Our Cork-Based client is currently seeking a Sales Order Administrator to join their Finance & Admin Team on a permanent basis. This business is a long-established & growing Food Manufacturer with clients across Ireland, Europe & the UK.
Your new role
The job is for a Sales Order Coordinator who will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer relationships, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be the first point of contact for customers, manage customer order schedules, and liaise with sales representatives. The role involves coordinating daily operations, collaborating with other departments, and supporting various ad hoc projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to prioritise tasks and escalate issues where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
The job requires an experienced administrator who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. A positive attitude and strong initiative are essential for ensuring quality service is provided to stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word would be required and an Office Administration or Business-related qualification is preferred.
