This is an exciting role within a progressive organisation. This role will be a hybrid working model with days in the office, WFH and going out to customers to conduct F2F meetings.

Your new role
The successful candidate will lead, develop and grow the companies Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS)
business. You will manage and build a high-performing Sales Team in order to achieve revenue
targets across the Butterfly Network product portfolio.
Your role will be to drive the business, deliver sales growth, build relationships with all business partners and identify and develop new profitable opportunities. The POCUS business has a 32-county focus

What you'll need to succeed
- 5 Years+ experience in sales management, ideally in medical device sales.
- Proven experience managing and developing a high-performance sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A relevant professional certification in Clinical Measurement / Ultrasonography or POCUS sales experience an advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding of the HSE and Irish healthcare system in relation to sales and procurement desirable.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with all stakeholders within and outside the organisation.
- Distributor / Manufacturer relationship management experience.
- Experience of growing market share by focusing on business solutions selling.
- Demonstrable ability to manage to P&L level.
- Ability to forecast and set business targets, goals and objectives.
- Ability to seek out attractive business opportunities and turn to commercial success.
- Product launch, territory planning and forecasting experience.
- Proven track record in coaching and giving feedback.
- Experience of reporting and presenting at senior level.
- Self-motivated & ambitious with a strong customer focus.
- Understanding and experience of Health Care Compliance, Public Procurement Practice, and ISO.
- Knowledge in cloud based and app based applications desirable.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
- A clean, full driving license.
