Your new company is currently recruiting for an experienced RIAI Architect to join their medium-sized Architecture practice situated in South of Dublin City. This practise has an impressive portfolio of prestigious projects in both Ireland and the UK. They are responsible for many well-known Architectural landmarks across Dublin. Due to continued growth, this company is currently looking for an RIAI Architect to join their experienced and successful team.

Your new role

You will be an Architect with ideally between 3 and 5 years’ experience, and be a registered member of the RIAI. You will work closely with multi - disciplinary teams and will be involved in the delivery of projects of varying scales, while having the support of an experienced team around you. Within this role you will be given the opportunity to work on a mixture of projects, such as hotels, social housing developments, nursing homes, apartment blocks and much more. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to further their career, as this company will provide a bespoke career progression plan. You will play a key role throughout all project stages, from conception to completion. What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have 3-5 years’ experience and be a registered member of the RIAI. Relevant BArch / MArch qualification from a recognised institute. The role will suit a skilled collaborator with experience across various sectors. Experienced in being involved in the delivery of projects across RIAI work-stages. Deep knowledge and experience in Irish building regulations and BC(A)R for residential design and delivery. Proficient in AutoCAD - Revit, Adobe, Sketchup and MS Office skills are an advantage. Excellent design ability and technical skills, demonstrable through previous project experience.
