Your new company are one of the top insurance groups in the world. An exciting opportunity has come up for a Reward Specialist to join the HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Your new role
Reporting into the Rewards Manager, your new role is varied and will actively support the salary, incentive and benefit programmes. You will assist with the job evaluation process to ensure that all roles are correctly allocated to the banding framework for roles. You will be responsible for share plan schemes in different areas of the business, pension queries, liaising with HR Operations team to ensure that all benefits administration is executed accurately and working on remuneration policies.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years working in a rewards/analytical environment. You will have an understanding of job evaluation techniques, with good knowledge of remuneration surveys. You will have strong analytical skills and excellent MS office skills including Excel at advanced level.
