Hays Recruitment are working with a leading Property Management Service Provider who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team. Our client is a medium sized firm based in Dublin. They are passionate about providing the best possible service to their stakeholders and tenants that span across all sectors of industry.

Your new role
Within your role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties in the Dublin area and will manage the relationships with both the tenant and the landlord. Your main responsibilities will include; arranging and carrying out property visits, addressing highlighted issues from such, attending regular client meetings and reviews, carrying out pre-tenancy works, facilitate property visits, arrange maintenance of properties during tenancies, coordinate and oversee refurbishment projects and be responsible for the payment of contractors and utility invoices.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must possess a PSRA D license or confirm eligibility. You must be degree qualified with proven management experience with a recognised organisation within the property industry. At least 3 years direct experience in a similar block property management role. Knowledge required of landlord and tenant legislation, MUD Act, RTB regulations and statutory property obligation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Also must have use of a car.
