Your new company are the premier medical equipment business in Ireland. They offer fast, efficient services to all of their customers in the hospital sector, in nursing homes or in private homes. They now require a Rental Systems Coordinator to join their team.
Your new role
You will ensure correct daily operation of rental system by all users. You are responsible for monthly rental invoicing. You are responsible for quality management of incoming and outgoing information. You will provide day to day support to Logistics Lead. You will manage and implement ongoing maintenance and development of rental system. You will co-ordinate weekly and monthly rental stock audits. You will generate customer rental reports. You will be responsible for an element of business development and supporting existing account customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience compiling and analysing reports. You will have a good knowledge of both inbound and outbound logistics best practices. You will have strong Leadership qualities. You will be computer literate with a working knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Office. You will have good organisational and coordination abilities. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
