Your new role
In your new role as a Relief Social Care Worker, you will empower clients by respecting their rights and diversity and treating them with dignity and respect. You will provide effective care and support by acknowledging the challenges your clients face and dealing with situations sensitively. You will coordinate the support plans of assigned key-clients and take oversee the administration responsibilities for them. You will collaborate with colleagues to promote the wellbeing of clients.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Relief Social Care Worker you will have a minimum QQI level 7 Qualification in Social Care or another related field. You should have 1 year of experience working with at risk clients, and availability to work day and night shifts. You should have good written, oral and IT skills.

What you'll get in return
As a new Relief Social Care Worker, you will have flexibility over shifts with options to do 12 - 24 hour shifts, with premiums on Sundays and Bank Holidays. You will receive 23 days annual leave pro rata (based on 40-hour week). You will receive necessary trainings to develop your skills to prepare you for the role. You will gain invaluable and important experience in established services across Dublin.
