Your new company
As Regulatory Planning and Reporting Specialist you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office in conveniently located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport, your team are offering a hybrid working model. Your new company require you to join their team for at least on a specific purpose contract for at least 12-18 months.

Your new role
As Regulatory Planning and Reporting Specialist you work across the Customer and Economic Regulation team, reporting to the Regulation Operations Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the economic work plan.

Your duties will include coordinating and monitoring the delivery of the CRU annual regulatory workplan including tracking monthly progress with the Strategy and Regulation team, the CRU and supporting teams, managing the Economic Regulation Project Coordinator to collate progress reports on the performance of each regulatory project against schedule and budget and maintain a log of all risks and issues, collating, editing and issuing all internal reporting, coordinating and overseeing the production of regulatory reporting, reviewing for consistency and alignment with regulatory strategy, drafting materials for meetings with the CRU and other stakeholders, coordinating the production of any compliance records, co-ordinating the drafting of responses to regulatory consultations before submission to the Regulation Operations Manager and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 5 years relevant experience in a similar role in a regulated industry with a relevant third level degree, PMO or PM qualification is desirable. The ability to multi-task and manage a complex workload across multiple projects along with the ability to produce robust, accurate management reports in essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a vast range of stakeholders both internal and external. Proficiency using MS Suite is essential. A keen for detail and the ability to summarise information effectively is necessary.
