Your new company
As Regulation Administrator, you will join an educational, regulatory, and representative body for working professional in Ireland within their Financial Regulation Section of the Regulation Department. Your new office is in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport, however you will have hybrid working model. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 9-month basis.
Your new role
As Regulation Administrator, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the executive team in the Financial Regulation Section. Your support duties will include typing, updating/maintaining case management systems, dealing with Solicitor queries, drafting correspondences, preparation of documentation for regulatory committee meetings, hosting meetings, reporting and all other administrative and ad hoc duties that may fall into your role.

What you'll need to succeed
To become Regulation Administrator, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role within a professional environment. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. Some experience working in a regulatory, legal or other professional environment is desirable but not essential.
