Recruitment admin, support, office administration
Hays is a market-leading provider of MSP (Managed Service) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. We currently seek a Recruitment Coordinator for one of our Dublin clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-boarding and compliance checks for all new contractors
- Host weekly induction presentations with new starters
- Work with the Account Director, onsite team and recruitment team, proactively sharing knowledge and experiences, to continually improve current processes and procedures
- Provide regular audits
- Utilise available technology to track and monitor all recruitment activity
- Provide training to account team
