Your new role
You will be reporting to the office manager. Your new role will involve administrative duties to include Monitor the master fleet database and identify renewal dates for vehicle Servicing, NCT, CVRT, Safety Inspections, Taxing and Permits, contact relevant stakeholders, and schedule and coordinate the renewal of all the above, Review existing Fleet filing system and update folders for each vehicle. You will also Greet clients and visitors in a positive and friendly manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be proficient in all aspects of MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel You must have the ability to multi-task and show strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills including telephone technique. Finally, you will be an individual who enjoys working as part of progressive and supportive team.
