Your new company

Your new role

As receptionist and administrator, you will be responsible for handling a very busy front office. You will handle queries in person, via email and by phone. You will also be responsible for filing, updating spreadsheets, and other ad hoc duties as they arise.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in your new role, you will have experience in a similar position. You will be a strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner. It is important that you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
