Real Estate Finance Analyst in leading corporate bank, Dublin, 6-month initial contract

Your new company

You will be working as a Real Estate Finance Analyst with one of the country’s leading businesses offering a range of corporate and personal banking services. This role is located in the heart of Dublin City with excellent transport links and good local amenities.

Your new role

As a Real Estate Finance Analyst, you’ll be a crucial part of the Real Estate Lending team, which is part of the larger corporate banking business. Your role will involve:
  • Assist in the management of a large portfolio of Real Estate property loans.
  • Supporting the team in the assessment of new lending proposals, including financial modelling, and preparation of credit submissions.
  • Analysing and compiling key statistics and ad hoc MI requests on the Real Estate Finance loan book for senior management.
  • Assisting in updating of internal systems with all key relevant data in relation to the customer loan book liaising with relevant internal teams with respect to same.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should have the following:
  • Minimum undergraduate degree with 2:1 honours or equivalent
  • Lending experience, ideally within corporate banking or real estate finance.
  • Be enumerate and have good communication skills
  • Have strong experience in MS Office, including Excel

What you'll get in return

The team are based in a great location on the South side of Dublin City and will work on a hybrid model after training, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote work. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, which will be paid by Hays on a weekly basis.
