Our client has been delivering a high standard of service across the industrial sector for 40 years. They provide support for utilities, broadcasting, and public safety organisations, and have worked closely with the largest telecom providers in Ireland. They are continuing to grow and are expanding their team to continue to deliver their high-quality industry knowledge and customer service.
Your new role
You will need to be a qualified Radio/Telecoms Technician with a minimum of 5 year’s demonstrable experience in installation of licensed and unlicensed radio technology. In this role you will be exposed to many aspects of licensed and unlicensed radio technology. As such, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an aptitude and enthusiasm for the installation and support of EMR solutions. You must also be able to demonstrate methodical and logical approach to installation processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need a good understanding of wireless systems including analogue/RF, digital and communications theory and install radios systems. Prospective candidates will need a Full Driver’s Licence. A HAM licence, experience with WIFI Surveys & Installations, and TRBOnet solution deployment is seen as an advantage. Good customer-management skills, an organised work approach, an ability to find inventive solutions, and to lead/steer discussions to deliver win-win scenarios are highly desirable
