Your New Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our project management team, ensuring the financial and contractual aspects of our projects are managed effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans
  • Conducting cost analysis and risk management
  • Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
  • Evaluating and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed financial reports
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Advising on procurement strategy and contractual matters
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field
