Your new role
In your new role as Public Sector Senior Sales Manager responsible for developing Public Sector strategy in order to generate new business opportunities and developing existing customer accounts for higher revenue potential. You will lead a team of 6 Senior Staff, a team of direct sales professionals, who manage and develop relationships across the Public Sector client base, drive strategic engagement, negotiations and complex signings and identify opportunities and strategies to win new business.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have significant amount of commercial experience in a telecommunication B2B environment as well as experience of working in Public Sector. That will include previous experience in dealing with Senior Public Sector Stakeholders and managing relationships on C-suit levels. You will be excellent communicator with top presentation skills and will have the ability to sell Business Outcomes. As it is a target-driven environment, you will have proven track record of achieving targets. You will also have experience leading teams and working cross-functionally within organisation. It would be desirable that you had an understanding of governance, structure and knowledge of fixed mobile and UC solutions such as SaaS, Cloud, Security and SDWAN.
