Your new company is a well-established market leader in the areas of property sales & valuations, new homes sales, property lettings, commercial & residential estate management and specialised student accommodation management who are now seeking a Property Manager PA/Administrator to join their expanding team . You will be operating from its Limerick based entity. Your new role
As an Property Manager PA/Administrator within this fast-paced organisation you will report to the Property Manager, responsibilities Supporting the Property Managers by sending any circulars or correspondence as required, organising such activities as meter readings, lighting repairs etc, Arrange Meetings and AGMs, EGMS as required, Completion of legal requisitions including follow-up on queries and payments and also maintenance of a control log, Health & Safety management and acting a first point of contact for Property Management Dept, logging and directing calls This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career development and knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have strong MS Office experience, excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, the ability to work within a team environment and to meet deadlines, good letter writing skills and use of the English language and the ability to priorities and manage a varied work load, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask with excellent phone manner.
