Project Worker - Tenancy and Sustainment Service - Permanent - Limerick

Your new role
You will be reporting to a Team leader. You ill be responsible for a range of duties including but not strictly limited to building professional relationships and work effectively with a wide range of agencies and professionals in the community in all sectors. This includes arranging and delivering presentations. You will be expected to advocate on behalf of clients to housing providers in all sectors. In addition, you will need to provide support / case management and individual key-working and to liaise with outside agencies on behalf of the tenants and to be responsible for the implementation of housing management procedures in relation to rent, upkeep of property, license and tenancy agreements and landlord’s responsibilities. You will be expected to display 'lone work' with individuals and families within the community, including people’s homes and/or other remote locations, and to adhere to the Lone Working policy and guidance including localised systems in place within the Project(s) and also Maintain records in accordance with the policy of the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You would be required to hold a relevant Third Level qualification at degree level i.e., social care, psychology, sociology. You will also need a minimum of 2 year’s direct work experience in a social care setting and be able to demonstrate experience of key working. You will also need proven Housing support experience or similar experience Driver’s license and full access to vehicle
