Project Manager required for street lighting projects in Dublin

Your new role
The Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of large critical infrastructure projects in Dublin and the surrounding area focusing on upgrades to public lighting assets, and improvements works to the public lighting infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing the team to ensure full and effective use is made of resources at all times and work plan is achieved and all SLA’s are met. Ensuring that all works are risk assessed, customer requirements are met, standards achieved, and proper cost control maintained at all times. Significant planning and client/contractor liaison at all contract stages to ensure scheme is delivered effectively, to budget and in accordance with client requirements Liaising with clients, sub-contractors and service providers as necessary to ensure completion of works in a safe, cost effective and responsive manner.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have led teams and managed projects in a similar environment. We also need you to have a good knowledge of contracting industry, where street lighting would be an advantage. Trade or third level qualification in a relevant discipline is beneficial.
