Project Manager, Leading Building Contractor - Dublin City

Your new company:
A highly regarded main contractor who specialise in residential new builds, refurbishment and fit-out's. With over 50 years experience in the industry, they have built a reputation of completing all projects with integrity and to the highest standard. On the back of continued growth, they require an experienced Project Manager to join the team for a project in Dublin City.

Your new role:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and supervision of sub-contractors and site personnel. You will be responsible for the maintaining site records, managing and implementing strict safety procedures and reporting directly to the company's Construction Director. Meeting project deadlines on time and sending weekly progress reports to company management.

What you'll need to succeed:
Applicants must have experience working in a similar position for between 3-5 years. Residential or fit-out experience and preferably come from an engineering background. You must be capable of demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the construction and project execution.
