Your new company
Our client are a well known contractor who have built up a strong brand for project delivery across the publicly funded and private sectors over the last 10 years. They specialise in Partitions & Ceilings, Data Centres and Contracting. They are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Project Manager to deliver a social housing project located in Ashbourne.

Your new role
As Project Manager you will be responsible for the full delivery of this project. From reporting upwards to the Contracts Director to managing the site team. Lead and motivate the team and manage performance, undertaking training/ coaching as appropriate. You will Draw up and monitor programmes while maintaing accurate progress records. Awareness of budget, cost control and cost recovery, ensuring that expenditure is in line with the contract budget and that resources are utilised efficiently. Working closely with the Commercial team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a successful track record in Managing residential construction projects at PM level. Ideally you will hold a 3rd level degree in project management or in a similar discipline. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Project (and ideally the ability to create/update programmes).

The company is offering an attractive salary (€80,000 - €85,000) depending on past experience with a benefits package including pension scheme, laptop, phone, health insurance and clear lines of career progression supported by management. The company has a big pipeline of work so there will be the opportunity to work on future projects once complete.
