Your new company
A well-known treasury management company who provide asset and liability management services. This company provides financial advice in respect of investment projects with a value of over €75million. Specialising in procuring and delivering Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and providing post-handover contract management and support services. As a result of continued expansion, a Senior Project Manager is required to work within the housing and education sector.

Your new role

Some of the responsibilities within this position include leading the project management for procurement and delivery of a major building project. Implementing robust climate action/sustainability strategies and oversee scheme design and planning processes to ensure the highest sustainable development standards. Direct and develop a project management team delivering services to sponsoring/sanctioning authorities in accordance with service level agreements. You will report with progress reports to the senior project manager and committee members, while chairing meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 5+ years’ relevant project management experience relating to the delivery of major building or infrastructure projects. You will posses skills including; Excellent team leadership and project management skills. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Highly innovative with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communications (written, oral and presentation) skills. Promotes the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Promotes a culture of learning, development and high performance.
