They have a reputation for their high quality designs, and due to recent growth, your new company is looking to hire an Project Architect, with a passion for delivering High End, prestigious projects. Your new role

You will be an experienced Project Architect, ideally with experience delivering residential projects at a medium to large scale. You will work closely with the Team Director and Design Team to oversee the delivery of medium to large-scale projects.. Within this role you will be given the opportunity to work on a mixture of large and medium scale developments in Dublin and the surrounding areas. In this role you will play a key role throughout all project stages, from conception to completion. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a great team and be heavily involved with some of the most prestigious projects in Ireland.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience, with proven design and team management skills and ideally be a registered member of the RIAI. The role will suit a skilled collaborator. You'll be habitually on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and new ways to deliver value for our clients. Relevant BArch / MArch qualification from a recognised institute. Ability to manage and deliver complex projects across RIAI work-stages. Deep knowledge and experience in Irish building regulations and BC(A)R for design and delivery is essential. Proficient in AutoCAD - Revit, Adobe, Sketchup and MS Office skills are an advantage. Excellent design ability and technical skills, demonstrable through previous project experience
