Programme Manager - Permanent - Dublin/Hybrid

Who will you be working for?
You will be working for Ireland's largest bank based in South Dublin. This financial national leader offers a full range of personal, business and corporate banking services. Working as a Programme Manager, you will be immersed in the technological and progressive culture that exists in the company.

What will your role entail?
You will be working as part of a forward-thinking, Group Change team who collaborate to deliver change programmes under transformation, regulation, strategic, digital, and more. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery, mobilisation and benefits of large-scale complex strategic programmes in accordance with the organisations Project & Change Management methodology. You will play an essential part in ensuring senior stakeholders are fully informed on the progress of your programme through day-to-day interactions & relevant forums. You will also have the opportunity to manage large scale, high priority projects/programmes. You will be managing other Project Managers and PMOs to support the overall deliverables.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years experience in Project Management, with relevant Programme Management experience. You will have vast experience in managing teams and senior stakeholders. An important aspect of this role is to plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement a change programme roadmap from mobilisation through to implementation. This involves coordinating the projects and their inter dependencies. Furthermore, you will influence and negotiate programme outcomes, often across multiple functions. This involves preparing and presenting analysis, insights and recommendations to guide and assist governance forums and senior stakeholders with decision making.
