Information Security Programme Manager - Contract - Hybrid/Dublin

Who will you be working for?

You will be working for one of Ireland's largest banks, who are based in south Dublin. They provide a full range of personal, business and corporate banking services. In recent years, their business has been restructured with the aim of becoming a customer-focused, profitable and lower risk institution, well positioned to support economic recovery in Ireland while seeking to generate sustainable shareholder returns. Working as a Programme Manager, you will be immersed in the technological and progressive culture that exists in the company. This role is hybrid, with the requirement being 3 days onsite per week.

What will you be working on?

You will be an integral part of the Enterprise Information Security area which sits within the wider Group Change function. You will be responsible for ensuring that specific projects meet Enterprise Information Security business and technical requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. This will be achieved through oversight of the planning process, identification of project risks and through the effective day to day management of project resources. You will communicate effectively with CTO stakeholders, overseeing estimation and planning for projects, and also manage adherence and quality across Change Management/Delivery Framework/NIST methodologies.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates with strong experience, minimum 10 years working as Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager. You will be very well versed in SDLC and Technology Change management, Information Security Principles and Programme Management and Interdependancies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are imperative to this position. Along with this, banking/financial services experience is preferable.

What you'll get in return

You will receive an initial 6-month contract with a strong scope for extension, competitive daily and hybrid working opportunities (3 days onsite per week, flexible). You will work for the first bank in Ireland to receive the Investors in Diversity Gold Standard for Diversity and Inclusion and in an environment in which talented individuals of all backgrounds can realise their full potential.
