Your new role

In your new role as a Programme Facilitator, you will work directly with adults with additional needs. You will support people with a variety of needs and offer the highest quality of care. In your new role you will support the individuals you support in maximising their independence, participation in activities, the community and ultimately their lives.

Your new role also requires administrative duties, and responsibilities and planning. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues and line manager to implement placement plan objectives, ensuring service users receive the agreed quality and quantity of services.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in your new Programme Facilitator role, you will have

  • A minimum Level 6 Qualification in a Social Care related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the ID sector.
  • A calm, welcoming and patient attitude.
  • A passion in working with Service Users with additional needs.
  • Strong reporting skills for required administration.
  • A full driver’s license and the ability to drive to the service.
