Your new role
Working across the organisation you will be part of the team that are responsible for identifying and raising requirements into the design, build, deployment & in-life optimisation of Fixed Products, Services & Propositions. Ensuring that the Customer Experience and Digital First principles are central to the solutions the team deliver.

You will have overall ownership of (and accountability for) delivery of a key Fixed Broadband programme of work; integrating a Fixed wholesale provider into our Commercial operations functions including Order Management, Technical Fault Management & In Life Management across Call Centres, Digital CARE & Back Office Operations functions.
You will be the subject matter expert on the wholesaler operations and build strong and effective partnerships both internally and externally.

What you'll need to succeed
Organised, self-driven professional with extensive experience managing stakeholders and delivery of Telco/Tech products and services into market that create a brilliant Customer Experience. You have a deep understanding of the various aspects of successful project delivery and ideally have worked in a PMO/ delivery team managing large projects across multiple stakeholders.

You will have at least 5 years’ product or project management experience in the Telecom space.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivering projects and products that meet customer’s shifting needs and expectations. Core experience of managing multiple partners & stakeholders to deliver the optimum commercial /customer experience is desirable. Additionally you will have the technical, operational and commercial understanding of FTTH, IP Voice, TV and the Fixed wholesale environment a key advantage.
