Do you have experience working in General Accounts, Accounts Payable or Purchase requisitions?

Your new company
A commercial Semi-state Organisation in Cork City. Hybrid working model offered.

Your new role
Create purchase requisitions,
Follow up with contract resources to make sure timesheets are entered on a timely manner,
Follow up with Account Payables on invoices that are scheduled for payment,
Support IT manager in receipting in PO’s,
Schedule meetings for the CIO and attend meetings to take minutes as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes, specifically experience of using Oracle eBusiness Suite,
