Who will you be working for?

You will be working for Ireland's largest bank based in south Dublin. This national financial leader offers a full range of personal, business and corporate banking services. In recent years, their business has been restructured with the aim of becoming a customer-focused, profitable and lower risk institution, well positioned to support economic recovery in Ireland while seeking to generate sustainable shareholder returns. Working as a PMO/Senior PMO, you will be immersed in the technological and progressive culture that exists in the company.

What will you be working on?

You will be working as part of a progressive and diverse group change function which is made up of a number of portfolios and workstreams, including regulatory, risk, compliance, digital transformation, technology, sustainability and many others. You will be an integral link between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and will be responsible for status reporting, risk management, steering packs, scheduling meetings, organising presentations and building relationships with the project team and business contacts to enable stakeholders to complete all reporting responsibilities.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates with strong experience working within a PMO function. Knowledge of working in regulated environments is a plus but not a requirement. You will be well versed in Microsoft Office, excel, powerpoint, Teams etc. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work both as part of a team and individually, and hold patience, critical thinking and negotations expertise.
