My client, one of Ireland’s leading Retail Bank, are currently recruiting for a Personal Sales Advisor for their North Dublin or South Dublin or Naas Office. This role has arisen due to an influx of workload in their team.

Your new role
Offering a tailored customer service experience, you will provide expert knowledge on products and services available to inbound calling customers. Inputting data on a timely manner, you will package their application and advise them further of the next steps.

What you'll need to succeed
With previous experience in a customer centric environment, you hold an APA in Loans & Regulations. Having a detail orientated approach, you are comfortable working within a call centre environment and attending the afore mentioned offices Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm.
