An exciting opportunity opened in Cork for a Part-Time Payroll Specialist.

Your new role

• Assisting the rosters for staff (Time Management System experience an advantage)
• Processing fortnightly payroll for approximately 150 employees
• Maintenance of Holiday & Sick leave records
• Any other duties within the general requirement of the role

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong numeracy and competent basic accounting skills.
• Experience with computerised payroll packages, preferably Quantum.
• Excellent computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• An effective and motivated team player.
• Strong organisation skills with ability to prioritise workload and multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills are important as there will be interaction with staff, suppliers and other external parties.
