Payroll Specialist – €40k - €45k , Hotel , Dublin 2

Your new company
This company is a leading hotel group based in Dublin City Center. They require a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. Based on site and possibility for some hybrid work after training.

Your new role
You will be responsible for a weekly and monthly payroll for multiple countries and over 300 employees . You will be responsible for compilation and posting of payroll journals, maintaining payroll related reconciliations and dealing with all payroll related queries. You will be tasked with the collection of payroll information and time sheets ensuring the correct approval process has been adhered to.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience processing weekly payroll of a high number of staff and have a keen understanding or end to end payroll processing. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Also have an efficient and methodical work ethic - accuracy and attention to detail. Having an IPASS qualification is also desired.
