Your new role
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing the payroll function for multiple entities. They will be involved in the optimisation of the Finance function to ensure best practice in reporting systems, internal control framework and IT systems.
- Prepare and process Monthly and Bi-Weekly Payroll to strict deadlines.
- Act as key point of contact for all payroll, pension, Health Insurance and Time & Attendance queries
- Preparation and reporting on key metrics to help drive operational efficiency eg absences, holiday accruals/utilisation, overtime etc.
- Preparation and submission of all 3rd party deductions (Pension, Health Insurance, Social Welfare, BIK, LPT).
- Maintain accurate and up to date payroll records for all employees.
- Assist with month end accounts preparation & reporting.
- Other tasks / duties that may be required in order to perform the role and support the finance function.
- Continuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvement of quality and service and implementation of action plans for continuous improvement designed in collaboration with management.
