Payroll - Compensation & Benefits Specialist - 12 Month FTC - Multinational Software Company - FULLY REMOTE

Your new company
You will be joining a multinational Software Company on a 12-month FTC basis as an integral member of their Payroll & HR department as the Payroll - Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This organisation requires an enthusiastic professional who has the necessary experience to join their team as an integral player within their organisation. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work FULLY REMOTE for the duration of your assignment, with no site visit required

Your new role
As the Payroll - Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be an integral team player within this fast-paced organisation. You will work within the HR department and be the sole individual who is responsible for the preparation of monthly payroll (250 employees) across all site locations (Europe, America Canada). In addition, you will be responsible for any payroll related queries and for the processing of expenses whilst also managing any allowances, pension contributions that are applicable.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as the Payroll - Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will ideally need to be IPASS qualified or hold a degree in HR/ Business related filed. A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a fast-paced organisation is a distinct advantage as is good partnership capabilities and knowledge of complex payroll systems.
