Part time Credit Control job in Cork City for 25 hours per week.

Your new role Management of debtors ledger ensuring prompt payment in agreement with credit terms on customer accounts
Manage weekly / monthly credit collection targets
Provide Aged debt analysis for weekly review
Weekly credit limit reports
Maintaining and monitoring credit limits
Set up new accounts according to agreed guidelines
Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve queries
Engagement with customer on unpaid debt
Ensure compliance with company credit policies
Oversee and ensure the timely production and circulation of invoices, credit notes and statements
Posting of daily receipts to customer ledger
Dealing with customer queries
Debtors month end reports
What you'll need to succeed Previous credit control experience essential
Excellent communication skills
High IT literacy
Ability to work in a team and on an individual basis
