Your new organisation is a multi-disciplinary contracting business, with more than 30 years of experience and are looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Analyst to join them in Limerick. Your new role
As the Office Administrator/Analyst you will report to the Senior Manager and support the overall management team. Some other responsibilities will include Analyse performance & prepare reports for presentation to the business, review & monitor safety performance and present to business, Engage with Suppliers to update the business with current prices of products, Prepare weekly Sales Reports from Coins management system and Cost analysis for the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need proven experience suppliers and Cost analysis within a fast-paced environment, be proficient in all aspects of MS Office applications, ability to review complex reports, excellent communication and verbal skills and the ability to work off your own initiative, outstanding research skills and be able to set yourself targets and manage your own time effectively as well as the ability to supporting the management team.
