Marketing Manager - 18 month contract - €55,000 - Banking & Financial Services - Dublin

Your new company:
As a motivated Marketing Manager, you will join their team on a 18-Month contract basis. The successful candidate will manage and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will contribute to the development and sustainable growth your new company. The candidate will be a team player and self-starter, creative and results-driven and possess excellent communication skills. Project management and organisational skills are essential in meeting the demands of the position.

Your new role:
As Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive current account, membership and lending growth. You will create and manage content for marketing materials, including website, social media, and email campaigns. You will need to collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels while monitoring and analysing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. You will need to manage budgets and allocate resources to maximise ROI while also building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, and industry influencers. You will need to effectively communicate the values, strategic positioning, and activities of the credit union with our membership base. An important element of this is representing the company and delivering presentations at I.N.T.O College, school, and other related events. You will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activities. Managing and maximising the effective use of the sponsorship budget. Supporting and coordinating activities with the digital marketing support officer.

What you'll need to succeed:
You will have proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role. A solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles are required as well as experience with digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO. You will need strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential and an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be a self-starter with a results-driven mindset. A 3rd level qualification in a related business discipline and knowledge of the I.N.T.O and primary schools is desirable.
